Mood boards, spatial concepts, and preliminary layouts. We present multiple design directions — each with a clear identity — before narrowing to a refined concept that aligns with your vision.
Approved concepts developed into detailed drawings — floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D visualizations. Material palettes, fixture schedules, and lighting plans are finalised in this phase.
Construction-ready documentation including structural drawings where applicable, BOQ, and specifications — ensuring contractor-ready precision before a single nail is driven.
Our in-house build team or trusted execution partners bring designs to life with meticulous craftsmanship, regular site supervision, and quality checks at every milestone. We are on site, not on call.
A thorough snagging and walkthrough before final handover. An O&M book for every system, a care guide, and a studio that picks up the phone — for as long as you own the space.
